How Our Contractor-Connection Service Works

Royalty Roofing Systems, powered by White Top Marketing, operates a commercial roofing marketing, qualification, appointment-setting, and contractor-connection service.

When a property owner, property manager, facility manager, tenant representative, or other authorized individual submits a request, we may review and qualify the information to determine whether the property or roofing need may be a suitable commercial opportunity.

We may then offer or sell the qualified appointment or commercial roofing opportunity to one or more participating independent roofing contractors.

The contractor receiving or purchasing the opportunity may receive information submitted by the prospective client so that the contractor can contact the prospective client, confirm the appointment, inspect or evaluate the property, prepare an estimate, and discuss potential roofing services.

Information Shared With Participating Contractors

Information provided to a participating contractor may include:

First and last name

Business or organization name

Job title or role

Telephone number

Email address

Property address

Property type

Roof size, type, age, or condition

Reported leaks, damage, moisture, or other concerns

Requested service

Project timing or urgency

Appointment date and time

Photographs, videos, documents, or notes submitted with the request

Other information reasonably necessary for the contractor to respond to the requested roofing opportunity

Participating contractors pay Royalty Roofing Systems or White Top Marketing for access to certain qualified appointments, opportunities, markets, programs, or services.

The prospective client is not charged by Royalty Roofing Systems merely because an appointment or opportunity is provided to a contractor, unless the client separately purchases an assessment, report, consultation, or other paid service.

Sale and Disclosure of Lead Information

Royalty Roofing Systems may receive compensation from participating contractors for providing appointments, commercial roofing opportunities, or access to prospective-client information.

Accordingly, our disclosure of prospective-client information to a participating contractor may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or transfer of personal information under certain state privacy laws.

We disclose this information for the purpose of connecting the prospective client with an independent contractor that may be able to provide the requested commercial roofing evaluation or service.

We do not sell submitted information to unrelated data brokers for general-purpose mailing lists.

We do not authorize contractors to use prospective-client information for purposes unrelated to the roofing opportunity for which the information was provided.

Your Consent to Contractor Contact

By submitting a property request, qualification form, survey, appointment request, or similar form, you acknowledge and agree that:

Royalty Roofing Systems may review and qualify your information;

Royalty Roofing Systems may offer or sell the resulting appointment or roofing opportunity to one or more participating independent contractors;

Your contact information and project details may be provided to the contractor that receives or purchases the opportunity; and

That contractor may contact you by telephone, text message, or email regarding your requested inspection, estimate, appointment, or roofing services.

Submitting a request does not require you to hire the contractor or purchase roofing services.

Independent Contractor Use of Information

After your information is provided to an independent roofing contractor, that contractor may separately collect, maintain, and use information as part of its direct relationship with you.

Participating contractors are independent businesses and are responsible for their own:

Privacy practices

Communications

Estimates

Contracts

Licensing

Insurance

Inspections

Workmanship

Warranties

Legal and regulatory compliance

Royalty Roofing Systems requires participating contractors to use opportunity information responsibly and for legitimate roofing-related purposes. However, Royalty Roofing Systems and White Top Marketing do not control every independent contractor’s separate business operations.

You should review the contractor’s privacy policy, terms, estimate, and service agreement before hiring the contractor.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to request:

Access to personal information maintained about you

Correction of inaccurate information

Deletion of certain information

A copy of certain information

Information about categories of third parties receiving your information

Opt-out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising

Please understand that requesting an opt-out after an appointment has already been transferred may not require an independent contractor to delete information it lawfully received before the request. You may need to contact that contractor directly regarding its records and communications.
