Welcome to Royalty Roofing Systems Commercial Roofing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our commercial roofing services (the “Services”). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide commercial roofing installation, repair, maintenance, and coating services as agreed upon in a written estimate or contract. The scope, specifications, and estimated timelines for your project will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract provided before work begins.

2. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are not binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties and may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in the contract. We require a 30% deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month.

4. Warranties

We provide a limited 1-year workmanship warranty and product warranties of up to 15 years, depending on the product selection, from the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used. Warranty claims must be submitted to us in writing within the warranty period.

5. Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, pre-existing structural conditions, or negligence by the client. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice. If the client terminates before work commences, we may retain the deposit to cover administrative and scheduling expenses.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the state of FL.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
